It’s interesting to note the contrast with how we prioritize material possessions and spend money mindlessly. However, when it comes to mental health or well-being, there’s skepticism about perceived high costs, despite the dedicated time mental health professionals invest.

People don’t mind spending on other things, but for mental health, they find therapy too expensive. This is because people often don’t give the same importance to mental health as they do to physical health, and there is still a lack of awareness in our society regarding mental health issues. Investing in mental health is crucial for overall life satisfaction.

Remember, you can live without material possessions, but without mental health, you cannot live your life to the fullest. Just know this: if you are physically and mentally healthy, only then will you be able to function in life.
