About Your Counselling Corner

Your Counselling Corner (YCC) is an online initiative by Dr. Rachna Arora, a Psychologist & Author to help and empower women to accomplish mental health and enable them to take control of their lives.

YCC focuses primarily on women empowerment and deals with the issues related to gender discrimination, inequality, stereotypes, pre, and post-marriage issues, lack of control in daily life, and also offers counselling to women for various other issues, such as relationship challenges, pregnancy and childbirth, miscarriages or abortion, grief, body image, anxiety, stress, and depression.

YCC also offers professional counselling services for adolescents and adults to help them overcome life challenges, and enable them to thrive.

YCC mission is to spread mental health awareness and promote holistic wellbeing among the masses.
