Yes. Confidentiality and privacy are important parts of our professional practice. Any limits to confidentiality that apply will be explained as part of the counselling process.
Our regular counselling sessions are 60 minutes.
The first session is usually an opportunity to understand what has brought you to counselling, discuss your goals and get a sense of whether the counselling approach feels comfortable for you.
There is no fixed number that applies to everyone. The duration of counselling depends on your concerns, needs and goals. Your progress can be reviewed together as the work develops.

You don't need to wait until things become overwhelming. If something is affecting your emotions, relationships, work or everyday life, an initial conversation can help you decide whether counselling may be useful.
