About Your Counselling Corner
"A space created to support women, strengthen mental well-being, and make space for the life you want to live."
Support Tailored to Your Journey
Your Counselling Corner (YCC) is an online mental health initiative founded by Dr. Rachna Arora, created with the belief that every woman deserves a space to feel heard, understood and supported.
Our work focuses primarily on women's mental health and the emotional challenges that can arise from the expectations, roles and transitions that shape women's lives. These may include relationship and marital challenges, pregnancy and childbirth, miscarriage or abortion, grief, body image, anxiety, stress, depression and other experiences that can affect emotional well-being.
We also provide professional counselling support for adolescents and adults who may be navigating relationships, life transitions, emotional difficulties or other challenges.
Beyond Counselling
At the heart of YCC is a commitment to mental health awareness, empowerment and holistic well-being.
Alongside individual counselling and therapy, we create opportunities for learning, reflection, relaxation and connection through online workshops, wellness webinars, mindfulness, yoga and relaxation sessions, and other mental wellness initiatives.
Today, YCC is a shared commitment to meaningful care, connection and holistic mental well-being, carried forward by a growing, heart-led team.
The Story Behind YCC
An online initiative born from Dr. Rachna Arora's deep passion and vision to create a safe, empowering and supportive space for women's mental and emotional well-being.
YCC grew from a desire to create a space where women could speak openly about the things they often carry quietly — expectations, relationships, transitions, motherhood, identity, self-doubt and the many roles women navigate throughout their lives.
The vision was to create more than a counselling service — a space where women could pause, reflect, understand themselves more deeply and feel empowered to make choices that feel right for them.
What began as a personal mission gradually grew through years of working with women, creating awareness and offering spaces for reflection, healing and well-being. Along the way, YCC expanded beyond one-to-one counselling to include workshops, wellness webinars, relaxation and mindfulness-based sessions, and other initiatives that encourage people to care for their mental well-being.
As the vision grew, so did the people who became part of it. What began as an individual initiative has evolved into a collaborative practice, with a growing team sharing the same commitment to compassionate care, mental health awareness and holistic well-being.

Our Approach
Walking alongside you as you discover your path forward.
Client-Centered
We recognize that every person is different. Your experiences, concerns and goals guide our work together.
Holistic
We look at the whole person — your emotional wellbeing, relationships, life circumstances, experiences and the environment around you.
Compassionate & Non-Judgemental
We offer a space where you can speak openly and honestly, without fear of judgement.
Individualised
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. We draw from different therapeutic modalities and adapt our work to your individual needs.
Collaborative
We don't believe in telling you what you should do. We work alongside you to help you understand yourself, explore your options and find a way forward. Our role is not to walk the path for you, but to walk alongside you as you find your way.
